When using SSL with Cloudflare, you don’t need to do this as that’s controlled by Cloudflare . If you do you can easily get locked out of using the login page.
**IMPORTANT** If you change your WordPress Address (URL) to “https://” it will break your site
I found out the hard way!
The only way to get back into your site is sometimes renaming folders of plugins and editing the database > wp-options table and editing the first two values back to http:// not https://
